John M. Dowd
Chief Executive Officer

John M. Dowd serves as chief executive officer at Fiduciary Trust Company International. He is a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Management and Operating Committees. Mr. Dowd has almost 30 years of experience in wealth management. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust in 2016, he served as executive vice president and senior managing director for Wells Fargo Wealth Management, where he oversaw the Northeast region. Mr. Dowd’s previous positions also included serving as head of wealth management for Bank of New York. He is a past chairman of the trust and investments section of the New York State Banker’s Association.

Chair and General Trust Counsel
 

Gail E. Cohen is Chair of Fiduciary Trust’s Board of Directors and is responsible for the company’s client relationships and trust and estate services in New York and across Fiduciary Trust's regional offices. She joined Fiduciary Trust in 1994 and has over 30 years of experience in the area of trusts and estates. Ms. Cohen is a member of the Management and Executive Committees and she serves as Chair of Fiduciary Trust International of the South.

Lawrence A. Sternkopf
President and 
Chief Operating Officer

Lawrence A. Sternkopf serves as president and chief operating officer at Fiduciary Trust Company International. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sternkopf oversees a broad range of the firm’s functions including strategic planning, operations, custody, treasury, technology, finances and risk management. He serves on the Management, Risk Management, and Operating Committees. Mr. Sternkopf joined Fiduciary Trust in 1997.

Warwick M. Carter, Jr.
Managing Director, Trust Counsel and National Head of Trust and Estates

Warwick M. Carter, Jr. is responsible for the trust and estate administration services at Fiduciary Trust. Mr. Carter has over 20 years of experience in trust and estate administration as well as taxation and estate planning. He is a member of the Management Committee and Operating Committee. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Mr. Carter served at J.P. Morgan Private Bank for 11 years.

Carin L. Pai, CFA
Executive Vice President and Director of Equity Management

Carin L. Pai is responsible for leading Fiduciary Trust’s equity strategy and process as head of the Equity Strategy Committee. She manages client portfolios and works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and investment leadership of the firm to develop strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies. Additionally, she is a member of Fiduciary Trust’s Management Committee, Operating Committee, and Risk Management Committee. Ms. Pai joined Fiduciary Trust in 1996.

Ronald J. Sanchez, CFA
Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

Ronald J. Sanchez is responsible for setting the global investment strategy for client assets. He is co-chairman of the firm's Asset Allocation Committee and a member of the Management Committee. Mr. Sanchez is also a member of Franklin Templeton Solutions Global Investment Committee. Mr. Sanchez joined Fiduciary Trust in 1993.

Wayne A. Sprague
Executive Vice President, Director of Advisory Services

Wayne A. Sprague is responsible for the leadership, development and execution of Fiduciary Trust's Strategic Advisory Services, which provides investment solutions to a distinctive group of institutional and ultra-high net worth clients. Investment solutions include multi asset class and multi manager investment programs, often combining the internal capabilities with external investment strategies. He leads a team dedicated to servicing clients with a long-term time horizon and holistic approach. Mr. Sprague is also responsible for investment strategy for alternative asset classes including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Assets. The Strategic Advisory Group, under his leadership provides oversight and due diligence on affiliated and non-affiliated strategies.
