James C. Goodfellow
James C. Goodfellow is chairman of Fiduciary Trust Company International. He is also a member of the firm's Management and Executive Committees. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust in 1994, he was a managing director at J.P. Morgan & Co. Additionally, Mr. Goodfellow serves on the board of directors for the Scenic Hudson and on the board of advisors for New York University Law School's Graduate Tax Division and the New York City Business Council of the National Parks Conservation Association.
Henry P. Johnson
President and Chief Executive Officer
Henry P. Johnson is president and chief executive officer of Fiduciary Trust. Mr. Johnson joined the firm in 1994. During his tenure, Mr. Johnson has held a number of senior positions, serving as head of business development and then as chief administrative officer. He became the firm's ninth president in 2007, and then co-chief executive officer. Mr. Johnson assumed full responsibility as chief executive officer in 2009.
Gail E. Cohen
Vice Chairman and General Trust Counsel
Gail E. Cohen is responsible for Fiduciary's client relationships and trust and estate services in New York and across Fiduciary Trust's regional offices. She joined Fiduciary Trust in 1994 and has over 30 years of experience in the area of trusts and estates. Ms. Cohen is a member of Fiduciary Trust's Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Management and Executive Committees.
Lucius L. Fowler
Luke L. Fowler rejoined Fiduciary Trust’s Board of Directors in 2012 after heading the firm’s business development, marketing and custody services groups from 2006 to 2012. Previously, he was a member of the firm’s Board from 1993 to 2006, during which time he served on the Board's Trust Committee. Mr. Fowler has over 32 years of trust and investment, financial analysis and banking experience. He is on the boards of the Indian Mountain School of Lakeville, Connecticut, where he serves as Chair, Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland and the Island Community Center on Fishers Island, New York.
S. Mackintosh Pulsifer
Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer
S. Mackintosh Pulsifer manages individual, foundation and trust portfolios and is lead manager of the Franklin Large Cap Equity Fund. He is a co-Chairman of the Asset Allocation Committee and a member of the Management Committee. Mr. Pulsifer joined Fiduciary Trust in 1988 after 15 years managing portfolios at a private, independent investment counsel firm based in New York City.
Warwick M. Carter, Jr.
Managing Director, Trust Counsel and National Head of Trust and Estates
Warwick M. Carter, Jr. is responsible for the trust and estate administration services at Fiduciary Trust. Mr. Carter has over 20 years of experience in trust and estate administration as well as taxation and estate planning. He is a member of the Management Committee and Officers’ Executive Committee. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Mr. Carter served at J.P. Morgan Private Bank for 11 years.
J. Chisholm Lyons
Executive Vice President
J. Chisholm Lyons is responsible for business development and marketing at Fiduciary Trust. He is a member of the Management Committee and the Officers’ Executive Committee. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust in 2006, Mr. Lyons was the director of marketing for the Canadian subsidiary of Fiduciary Trust’s parent company, Franklin Templeton Investments. He has more than 25 years of experience in the investment management industry.
Ronald J. Sanchez, CFA
Executive Vice President and Director of Fixed Income Strategies
Ronald J. Sanchez is responsible for the development of fixed income strategies and management of fixed income portfolios for individuals and family groups. He is co-chairman of the firm's Asset Allocation Committee, a member of the Management Committee and is a member of the Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Policy Committee. Mr. Sanchez joined Fiduciary Trust in 1993.
Lawrence A. Sternkopf
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Lawrence A. Sternkopf is responsible for the company's private banking, custody, treasury, finance, tax services, technology, and operations functions. Mr. Sternkopf also oversees the firm’s strategic planning, risk management, business continuity, and facilities efforts. He is Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and also serves on the Management Committee and Officers’ Executive Committee of the company. Mr. Sternkopf joined Fiduciary Trust in 1997.
