New York–May 9, 2017— Fiduciary Trust Company International, a global investment manager and wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Investments, today announced its opening of an office in Arlington, Virginia. Located at 3033 Wilson Boulevard, the new office is overseen by Bill Leffingwell, regional managing director and head of Fiduciary Trust’s Washington, D.C. office.
