As Trust Counsel, my goal is to make every client clearly and transparently understand their estate plans and maximize tax and administrative efficiency. I have worked with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, executors and trustees for over a decade. I use my extensive experience to help Fiduciary Trust International's clients understand and tailor their estate plans by providing practical, understandable, goal oriented and holistic analysis and guidance. I have experience counseling business owners, multi-generational families, real property owners and clients with complex and intricate estate plans and sale and gift transactions. I also have extensive experience helping clients administer trusts both during life and after the death of a loved one.
Clients appreciate my clear explanations, friendly approach, patience and understanding of their core values and personal concerns.
My Experience
Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust International I worked exclusively at firms specializing in trusts and estates. Most recently I worked at Kopple, Klinger & Elbaz LLP, where I practiced law as a Senior Associate Attorney. Previously, I practiced law at the Law Offices of Michael K. Lanning, APLC (formerly Lanning & Peterson, LLP) and Weinstock Manion.
