My Experience
I have more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, leading strategic transformation, enterprise execution and business growth across asset management organizations. Before assuming my current role, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Brandywine Global, a Franklin Templeton investment manager, where I partnered with executive leadership to drive enterprise strategy and oversee the firm's product management and marketing functions.
Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at SEI Investments and Deutsche Asset Management, shaping product strategy and supporting business growth across diverse investment capabilities and markets. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations navigate change, build alignment across teams and translate strategy into results.
