As Chief Administrative Officer, I partner with Fiduciary Trust International’s executive leadership team to drive execution of the firm’s strategic priorities and ensure alignment across the organization. I work closely with Fiduciary leadership to advance enterprise initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration and turn strategic priorities into coordinated action. My focus is on connecting teams, moving decisions forward and ensuring our strategic priorities become meaningful progress for our colleagues and the clients we serve.
My Experience
I have more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, leading strategic transformation, enterprise execution and business growth across asset management organizations. Before assuming my current role, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Brandywine Global, a Franklin Templeton investment manager, where I partnered with executive leadership to lead enterprise transformation and oversee the firm's product management and marketing functions.
Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at SEI Investments and Deutsche Asset Management, shaping product strategy and supporting business growth across diverse investment capabilities and markets. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations navigate change, build alignment across teams and translate strategy into results.
